Optical systems with Microlens Arrays and a Fourier Lens are used for beam homogenizing of high power laser beams for
wavelengths from 193nm to the IR.

The Optimal lens arrangement depends on the desired intensity profile (e.g. flat-top)and might very with laser
parameters like wavelength, coherence, profile, divergence, ellipticity and polarization.
